Terms of service

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. The price you see is the price you pay; delivery is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.

Orders

A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If something is mispriced or out of stock between your order and our packing it, we contact you and refund in full rather than substitute.

Stock

Stock counts on this site are the real number of pieces we hold. Because runs are small, an item can sell out while you are reading about it. If that happens between payment and dispatch you get a full refund, promptly, with an apology.

Use of products

Toys and chews are not indestructible and none of them are a substitute for supervision. Coats and harnesses are walking equipment, not restraints, and should not be left on an unattended dog.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
