Refund policy

Thirty days, no reason needed. Send anything back unused and in its packaging within thirty days of delivery and we refund in full, to the original payment method, within five working days of it reaching us.

Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, in which case it is ours both ways. Email first and we send a label.

For hygiene we cannot take back used bowls, mats or worn clothing — but "your dog tried it on and hated it" is not used. Use your judgement; we will use ours.

This sits on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you fourteen days to cancel. Nothing here reduces those.

Faults

If a seam, buckle or zip fails within twelve months of normal use, tell us and we replace the item. This does not cover a toy that has been chewed to pieces — that is a toy doing its job.
